Place your order before 5:00 PM? Then we will ship your order the same day from our warehouse in Amersfoort, Netherlands.
Free shipping applies to orders to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, and Austria.
Netherlands & Belgium
Next working day delivery with PostNL or DHL.
Germany & France
Delivery within 2 working days. In exceptional cases, this can take up to 3 working days when shipping with GLS or DPD.
Austria
Delivery within 3 working days with GLS or DPD.
Other EU countries
For other EU countries, we charge €5 shipping costs. Delivery time is 3 to 5 working days, depending on the destination country.

Returns and exchanges
Are you unexpectedly not completely satisfied with your purchase? No worries! We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you decide to return or exchange your order, please contact us via info@tiny-thinkers.nl. We will then send you our return form so you can easily start the process. This way, we make returning as hassle-free as ordering.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this depreciation of the product. So please handle the product with care and make sure it is well packaged when returning.
1. The customer has 30 days to cancel the order (notify the return).
2. After this notification, the customer has another 7 days to actually return the item.
3. The refund should be processed within 14 days after the return notification.
